4 Days Safari in Tanzania
The tour starts and ends in Tanzania , it involves visiting three main national parks, the Ngorongoro crater which is filled with lots of wildlife species including the lions, elephants, zebras and many birds, the crater highly attracts lots of tourists and its surrounded by water sources.
Lake Manyara national park is also part of the tour, Lake Manyara National Park which is the most dramatically located park consisting of the huge and shallow Soda Lake at the foot of the Great Rift Valley.
And lastly the safari takes you to Serengeti National park which is found in the northwestern Tanzania, it’s famous for the annual migration of over 250000 zebras, crocodiles, honey badger and over 1.5 million white bearded wildebeest.
This park also harbors many other animal species including; the hyenas, baboon, wild dogs, topis, buffalos, black Rhinos, birds etc.

Day by Day Itinerary
Early in the morning, you will be picked up from your hotel and the guide will provide you a short briefing about the whole safari. After, you will start your drive to Lake Manyara National Park, this small park stretches along way via the high rift valley escarpments which is occupied by the alkaline lake. Water birds gather around the lake and they are over 400 bird species found in this park. Its vegetation provides a good habitant too many animals like the monkeys, antelopes, giraffes, grassland elephants, which leave around the acacia trees. You will also get chance to view the Manyara lions around the trees. In the afternoon, leave Lake Manyara and head to booked lodge.

Have breakfast at the lodge and after start your drive to the fertile highlands where farmers grow corn, coffee and wheat. You will reach Serengeti national Park around mid-day. This is one of the largest national park in TZ and has got variety of habitats as well as landscape which include; swamps, thick bush, savannah, grasslands, mountains and lakes. There are also the bizarre rock formations which are called Kopjes that occupy this grass land scape where one can see the predators. You might get chance to watch the annual migration of the thousands of animals which make the park famous. This happens in both the short rainy season of November and December were the herds move from the hills in the north to the plains with in the south. And in the longer rainny season from April up to June, they return to the north. This circle depends mainly on the year’s rainfalls and the locations of the herds.

Wake up so early in the morning and join an early morning game drive. You will then return to the lodge for breakfast before heading out for a game drive within the park. The seronera region will give you a chance to view the wildebeests and the zebras within close proximity of these lions and the predators like the cheetahs and the leopards. Have lunch and after continue your journey to the Ngorongoro crater. Here, you will enjoy views of the collapsed volcano which 600m long.

Breakfast in the morning, and after drive towards the steep and narrow road which takes you into the crater, these slopes are forested and the landscapes change to Savannah. You will find the wildlife here breathtaking and with good luck, you can observe the Big five which include; the lions, buffaloes, Rhinos, leopards, and the elephants. You will as well have a chance to view other animal species including; the warthogs, zebras, impalas, hippos, wildebeests as well as bird species. Immediately after the game drive, as well as lunch, you will start your drive back to Arusha arriving late evening.
